We believe that successful viral marketing is a combination of art and science. What we do not believe – as so many have argued – is that it is mostly dumb luck. To be sure, we have decided to interview extraordinary thinkers and doers around the world who have somehow cracked the code and created something truly share-worthy, refine our current hypothesis about what it takes, and then put our newly-minted hypothesis to the test.
